the bsd "acid v2" fork is designed for the wide 2.4 tires, made for the streets with the 30mm offset and the new dropputs that fit your pegs way better. its made off the classic 4130 chromoly but additionally heattreated, which is an additional degree of hardness and makes the fork stiffer and thus more stable again. a sensible thing with a fork.
